How to I talk with an agent to fix a suspicious problem?

Jump to solution

I'm having the same issue and they can't find the charge anywhere I'm being told I was probably scammed but is this the real site or not? How do I get it to stop and how did the scammer get my info it had to be leaked from Roku right?

Hi, @mark78.

Greetings from the Roku Community!

We see that you have an unrecognized charge on your account. We're here to help.

To check the charges on your account:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

If you can't locate the charge, you may need to check the email associated with your streaming device. To do so, go to Home > Settings > System > About.

To prevent this from happening in the future, we recommend adding a PIN to your account.
Here's how:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Under Device settings, select PIN/Parental controls
  3. To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on what to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Reynan
