I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR ALL BLACK I SUBSCRIBED TO APPLE TV AND ALSO TO ROKU TV I WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH STATIONS. CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you subscribe THROUGH a service, then things get confusing. If you subscribed through Apple TV, it might work going through the AppleTV+ app on the Roku. Ideally, you should always sign up at a service's WEB PAGE if possible, as that makes it available on most devices.
You can go to your account page on the Roku web site, and cancel the subscription. You typically cannot get a refund. The login will still work up until the subscription expires.

I got charged again today that 4 charges for roku channels that I never ask for I do pay for viki on a separate account
