Paying for a canceled channel

I am being charged for a channel I had turned off-Up Faith and Family, but I can’t watch it because the access was turned off but I’m still being charged for it. I turned it off two months ago and they were still charging me as of yesterday. Help.

Thanks for letting us know that you still got charged even though you already canceled the subscription. No worries, we're here to help.

You may follow these steps to check the charges on your account:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

Make sure that you sign in with the email associated with your streaming device.
To check: Home > Settings > System > About.

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to My Subscriptions.
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew
    Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

You may also cancel the subscription through your streaming device. You may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

If you're still unable to cancel the subscription, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.
