Have you tried using a different browser and or opening the link through a private or incognito tab? If not, we suggest giving that a shot.

Does not work, tried several browsers several time, even shut off my antivirus and still will not open

I found out “Roku for Warner Media”, in my case, was actually HBO Max. That cleared it up for me because I did have the HBO subscription.
