Why Am I getting charged for Roku? When I have a Roku TV

Jump to solution

I have Roku TV. I notice since Dec.2022. I have been getting charged $4.99 a month on my pay pal account.  As of this date 3/28. I do not want your company take out another dime from my account. Infant I want to be reimbursed form Dec.22 to now.

Hi @Ras123,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We can certainly understand your concern that you want to know about the charges and request refunds.

Have you verified that you currently do not have any active subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?

For more information about how to review unrecognized charges, you can take a look at this link: What to do if there is a charge you do not recognize | Official Roku Support

If you need further assistance with account and billing-related issues, please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

On your Roku account online, check for any subscriptions. Be aware that you must CANCEL any service if you start a "Free Trial", or you will be billed when the trial ends.
