Currently no subscriptions

I currently have no subscriptions and yet still being charged for ESPN+.  Both the Roku devices & the ESPN app have all been checked and show nothing anymore.   We did at one time have ESPN+ but had cancelled it yet how am I to get this cancelled on the part of ROKU?

It may be more effective to seek assistance from our Billing team for account and billing issues. You can contact them at account and billing support and then choose 'Account, payments & subscription'. They are the most qualified to assist you in this matter.
