We can certainly understand your concern about the promo subscription with Starz. For these concerns, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" option on the drop-down menu. They will be the best ones to help you with that matter.
