the "answer" is no answer at all because it goes to a link for subscriptions that show up. The problem is subscriptions that DON'T show up. In my case:
Roku for WarnerMedia Glob
Roku for CBS Interactive.
I have been charfged for these for a few months but they dont show up when I sign in on my laptop or ios Roku App.
When I call the phone number on the credit card it says to come here.
How about a real snaser that solves something?

No, they are not helping becuase they don't respond and that link only has responces to accounts that show up on my account. The problem is I'm being charged for subsciptions I did not make.

I have same issue..charge for Subscription that does not exit. I cannot make connection with 'contactus' option. I just get unending 'loading' message. Ideas on how to resolve?
