Thanks for your inquiry!

You should see the chat button by selecting Account, Payments, and Subscriptions after clicking on the link provided above. You will then see four options to specify what's happening on your account, or you can choose a different account issue, which should route you to an option to chat with us.

I was charged $95.99 before I got to set up the account

But when you click on the Contact Us link you posted below, it swirls you through the help topics, and does not connect you to someone who can help you with your account.

We sincerely regret any trouble this may have caused you. No worries. We're here to help you sort this out.

You can always Manage your subscriptions through the Roku official website under Active subscriptions > select CBS > select Turn off auto-renew to cancel it. You can also cancel it through your TV by navigating to the Home screen. Highlight the channel tile of the CBS app, and then press the Star* button on your remote to open the options menu. After doing so, select Manage subscriptions, and then select Turn off auto-renew > Done.
