Charge on credit card during a free trial Not showing in Roku

Jump to solution

I was just notified by my credit card that I was charged 5.99 during a free trial. It does not show up in my Roku account, so I can't dispute, and can't contact support directly.

I also can't reach out to support because we are limited to this community forum.

Can someone in Roku support help me?

Or Can someone tell me how to contact support?

I don't know what you mean by, "I also can't reach out to support because we are limited to this community forum".  Did you try https://support.roku.com/contactus and choose the option for "Accounts, payments & subscriptions"?

Same issue except I have no subscriptions and nothing shows up in account history or subscriptions. I don't have any extras on my Roku ultra but was just charged 5.99 and I want my money back cause I didn't receive or purchase anything!
