Cannot find subscriptions

I am getting two monthly charges from Roku for subscriptions I cannot locate on Roku:

Roku for Hulu - $7.99

Roku for CBS - $5.34

 

Neither of these show when I goto manage subscriptions and when I goto their respective websites, it doesn't show a subscription either.

PS: They show up as invoices under my Roku account, but do not show under subscriptions.

That does seem odd.  Have you tried https://support.roku.com/contactus ?

On your Roku with the subscriptions, go to Settings/System/About and verify the email address. Make sure that is the one you use on the Roku site to check subscriptions.
