I agree with you , It should not be that difficult or pain in the … to stop your subscription.

@DRAGONDAD @marypass Never use your credit card to order anything on another person's device and/or account.  You are very lucky that your only problem was cancelling a subscription.  Once your card was linked to the account that you could not access you were open to charges that you have NO control over.

I found a phone number where you can cancel - 816-272-8106.  Almost literally impossible to cancel Peacock Olympics subscription, but actually talked to someone at this phone number.

@sheliewdoman When I open Peacock on my computer and click account in the upper right corner is opens to plans & payment and my plan information is right there also with the ability to cancel.

I also signed up for Peacock for the Olympics and am not able to cancel the service.  The Roku account that I used says that I do not have any subscriptions so there is no way to turn off the automatic renewal.

To manage your subscription, you just need to follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to my.roku.com
2. Go to My Subscriptions.
3. You will see the subscription that you have under Active Subscription
