Thanks for reaching out here in the Roku Community, @dellaperron67.

We see you wanted assistance canceling your subscription; we'd gladly help.

You have two options to cancel your subscription. You can cancel it at the account level or on the Roku Device. In canceling the subscription through your Roku account, you may refer to these steps:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com and go to My Subscriptions.
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and will not be billed for it.
  4. After canceling your subscription, you'll have access to it until your current billing cycle ends.

You can also cancel the subscriptions on your Roku Device or Roku TV by:

  1. Press the Home button  on your Roku remote.
  2. From the Home screen, use the arrow buttons on your remote to hover over and highlight the app whose subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Press the Star button  on your remote.
  4. Select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. If you don't see this option, your subscription is not managed through Roku.

      5. To cancel a subscription, select Turn off auto-renew. Next, you can choose to remove the app immediately or keep it for the remainder of the subscription term. Your subscription should now only be active until the end of its billing cycle.

Hi, @luceroflorez.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand that you're having a problem finding your subscription list on your account. We're here to help.

Have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device? Ensure that you use the same email address when signing into the website. To check, go to Home > Settings > System > About.

Also, here are the steps to check your subscription list:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

Note: If you don't see your subscription in your Roku purchase history but see it on a credit, debit, or other financial statement, it means that you purchased the subscription directly through the service provider and not through Roku. So, you’ll need to contact that service provider directly for help with your bill for that subscription.

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to view your Roku purchase history and charges to your account

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Reynan

Welcome, and thanks for posting here in the Roku Community, @Mike83.

Great question! If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Roku Account, you may check your inbox. If you are receiving messages from Roku, it is possible that the email that was receiving those messages is linked to your Roku Account. You may refer to the FAQ posted above this thread for more information about managing your subscription via our website. If the subscriptions are still unable to be located and it is billed through Roku, we highly recommend contacting our Accounts and Billing team for further assistance.

However, if your subscription is being billed directly through the Channel Partner, it is best to contact them for any subscription cancellation. Since they are responsible for managing the channel, they will be able to assist you with the cancellation process.

Hope this information helps. Let us know if you have other questions; we're happy to help.

All the best,
Emman

@apativ2007 This is a help forum.  You can not cancel any subscription here.  If the subscription you would like to cancel is through Roku, login to your Roku account on a computer or phone.  Once logged into your Roku account you will be able to cancel your subscription(s).

Roku doesn't list your subscriptions, making it impossible to cancel them,  so they can continue charging you, right?
