Annual subscription bought for paramount plus 6 weeks ago and now they canceled it!

6 weeks ago I paid paramount plus for an annual pmt. Yesterday they canceled it on me.   Why?

Just a heads up: your subscriptions may be canceled if someone cancels them intentionally or if a payment fails. In such cases, the subscription will automatically be placed on hold. It's essential to check the purchase details in your account. Here are some steps to verify your active subscriptions:

  1. Sign in to  my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices for Content or Products
