Roku itself does not carry cable networks or locals. For locals, you can use a Roku TV and and antenna. Otherwise, you will need a streaming live TV service like YouTube TV, Fubo, Hulu+Live TV, etc... If you don't want sports or locals, you can look into Philo or Frndly TV.
