I keep getting charged 7.99 for Disney electro through Roku and it's impossible to cancel not to mention I never even purchased it in the first place

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.
You can also manage your subscriptions at http://my.roku.com.

FOR ANYBODY HAVING BILLING ISSUES OVER THE DISNEY ELEC...
I have been having this same issue for almost a year with no help from "customer service".
I FINALLY went to my subscriptions and there it was so I cancelled the subscription and then went to payment options and took my payment option completely off so I just can't be billed any longer.
I'm positive I won't receive any kind of refund even though I've been trying to get this taken care of for months but I won't get charged again.
I hope this helps the community if they don't flag it and take it down ❤💜💙
Go to subscriptions and cancel and then go to payment options and remove your payment information so they can't bill you

Have you verified that you currently do not have any active subscriptions by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions?
1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
2. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
3. Click on Manage your subscriptions.
4. When the “My subscriptions” page loads, you will find all your channel subscriptions that get billed by Roku, along with the terms, status, and renewal date of each subscription. Subscriptions that were purchased directly from the service provider or otherwise purchased outside of the Roku Channel Store will not be listed here.
5. Select Unsubscribe or Renew depending on how you want to manage your subscriptions.

@Eck1, no one here is going to reverse any charge. This a forum where help is provided mostly by other users. For billing questions you have to go to https://support.roku.com/contactus , but before you do check your subscriptions on your Roku account at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions .
totally agree DDd1 i just got charged 79.99 for same thing disney electro. I have no "kids" to accidentally charge stuff to. then you goto my roku and get the runaround in the help with no phone number to be seen and no subs or even what was bought. I do see a disney cruise movie i actually did buy on stream. thats all that shows up. then when i follow the dont recognize charge on account i get dead end of nothing. Roku I totally a scam. Now im looking at Amazon fire stick cause at least with them i get a person. and not some run around nonsense.
