To start, try on updating the channel:
- Press the Home Button on your remote
- Highlight the app
- Press the Star Button (*) on your remote
- Select Check for Updates
If the issue persists, you can try these steps to update the software of your device:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll up or down and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select System update.
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates.
If it is still happening, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the best ones who could provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct Hotstar Support
