I’m trying to log onto the Roku app on my TV. I submit my email and get the sign-in link sent to me. I use the link to log into my account but Roku say that my email and /or password doesn’t match their file. I then go to Roku.com and login with the same email and password without any problems. Roku Customer Service what are you doing?

Can you please specify which channel you are trying to log into? Are you trying to log into The Roku Channel or just trying to activate your device?

Yes I have looked at all of the info.
I am trying to get my roku TV set up after moving my roku stick from there to another TV. TV will not accept my email address as valid.

BTW login to this website accepts my email address as valid.
