In the past I subscribed to Acorn directly via Acorn.
I recently purchased an Acorn subscription via Roku, as prompted in the Acorn TV app.
Now, when I use the Acorn TV app and try to login, it accepts only the Acorn login credentials, not the Roku credentials, and that account is unaware of the subscription. I tried the other Acorn with Roku app and it told me I already have a subscription and that I should use the Acorn TV app for it.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
