I got anew peacock subscription (sensitive information) and the old account auto renewed

We see that you're looking to cancel your old subscription with Peacock. We're here to assist you.

If you still have access to your old Roku account, you can cancel your subscription through your Roku account. Just follow the steps below to cancel the subscription: 

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com and go to My Subscriptions.
  2. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and will not be billed for it in the future.

If you no longer have access to your Roku and want to dispute these charges and cancel the Peacock subscription, the best course of action is to contact our Accounts and billing support team for further assistance. You can reach them through Chat, Phone, and Email by navigating to Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions.
