It looks like your installed apps keep rearranging. We'd like to investigate this further—could you please provide the following details?- Roku device info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (found under Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID, software version, and build: Press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs

Thanks for the reply. No such setting. I'm on Roku 4802X Roku Ultra.

Please also provide the Tracker ID, software version, and build by pressing the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times when the issue occurs.

See if you have a Quick access setting under Settings->Home screen and disable it if you do. Roku seems to be experimenting with some people's devices.
