Tile sort order automatically changing
Installed app tiles automatically shuffling location from where I've placed them. It's annoying enough having to removing extra menu items, but messing with the placement of my app tiles is a move!

See if you have a Quick access setting under Settings->Home screen and disable it if you do. Roku seems to be experimenting with some people's devices.
