It looks like your installed apps keep rearranging. We'd like to investigate this further—could you please provide the following details?
- Roku device info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (found under Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID, software version, and build: Press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs
