Apps keep rearranging on the Home screen

My home screen was rearranged tonight the manual app order option is GONE?????
This is horrible.
Why was this option removed?
This is so stupid!
Fix this now!

Having the same issue with our RokuTV. Started to happen in the beginning of October. Second guessing myself for going with a RokuTV.

We understand your Home screen apps have been rearranged, and we'd like to know more.
Did this happen after an update? If so, sharing the latest software version of the Roku device would help us look into it more. (You can find this on Settings > System > About.)

Software was updated to version 15.0.4 build 5531-51 on 10/1/25. Unwanted app rearrangement occurred 10/3/25. Problem appears to be the elimination of an option in the Home Screen preferences. In previous software versions there was an option titled "App Order" in which a user could select "Manual" arrangement for apps to prevent an unwanted rearrangement of home screen app order. This option is missing from my other Roku unit as well running version 14.6 updated 7/2/25. However this unit running 14.6 has not had it's app order changed. This issue has been reported to Roku support with case #13065587.

We're going to dig into this more. To help us narrow things down, could you send over the following info when you get a chance?
- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs)
