TCL Roku TV stuck on logo screen infinite loop

Hi,

My TCL 55S515 TV is on a logo screen infinite loop since yesterday morning. I suspect an update happened overnight. I have tried all available factory reset options without luck.

Is there a way to get a USB firmware upgrade for a TV that is not able to boot to the home menu?

    Hi,

    I tried that and I get ~6 seconds of blank screen and ~13 seconds of the TCL-Roku logo. This loop repeats for a while and then I just get a blank screen (power led goes on different patterns, including quick flashing, steady and off).

      It looks like the issue persists. Let's take the next step by putting your TV into Recovery Mode, which allows us to reinstall the Roku software from scratch.  For more tips, please visit here.

    We understand that your TCL Roku TV screen is stuck on the logo. We're here to look into this.

    Let’s try this step: Unplug the TV from the power source for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Make sure it’s connected directly to a main power outlet.

    If the issue persists, please provide us with the following details, if possible. 

    • Roku TV model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
