We understand that your TCL Roku TV screen is stuck on the logo. We're here to look into this.
Let’s try this step: Unplug the TV from the power source for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Make sure it’s connected directly to a main power outlet.
If the issue persists, please provide us with the following details, if possible.
- Roku TV model, serial number, device ID, and Software version and build. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
