Stuck in Roku bouncing letter
I started having issues with my Roku getting stuck on the bouncing Roku logo and not logging me in starting on October 15. I have only received one response to my requests for updates on October 21 saying that this is a wider issue and they will get back to me. I thought this would be a simple issue to resolve - why isn't my device logging me in, and why isn't support communicating with me? Almost 4 weeks seems unnecessarily long to address this! If the issue is as simple as buying another Roku player, can they just let me know that??
