Solid White Light - Roku Voice Remote Pro, 2nd Edition

Good Afternoon everyone, I bought this remote at the end of February and it's been working great. Sadly the last week or so the remote will randomly stop working with a solid white light. I have been able to temporarily fix it by plugging it into the charger but it has been happening more and more frequently and this temporary fix no longer helps for more than a few minutes. I have tried resetting the remote with the Back+Home button and even a hard reset from my TV but nothing else is working. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

    I also have this same issue with the light staying on white constantly and does not function.

    "A solid white light usually indicates a charging or battery issue, even if it seems to be charged. Since you've already tried resetting the remote and the problem is getting worse, it's likely a faulty battery or internal hardware problem. Since you bought it in February, it should still be under warranty. I’d recommend contacting Roku support directly for a replacement. They’re usually pretty good about handling these kinds of issues."

      Having the same issue. Have followed instructions on how to reboot and repair and still solid white light and dead remote.

        Can you tell us what kind of Roku remote you have (a photo would be helpful) and on which Roku device you're using it? We'd also like to know when you bought it.
