Having the same issue. Have followed instructions on how to reboot and repair and still solid white light and dead remote.

    We'd like to take a closer look at your issue with the Roku remote, which has a solid white light and is not working.

    Can you tell us what kind of Roku remote you have (a photo would be helpful) and on which Roku device you're using it? We'd also like to know when you bought it.
