After following the guides, forums, etc, I managed to reset my unresponsive Roku 4K+ Stick that was stuck in the initial bouncing letters (It wouldn't reset by pressing the reset button 5-10 seconds as it should have). What I did was to disconnect the USB head from the original power adapter Plug, then connected the USB Head to another USB Adapter I had at home. After doing that, the reset button on the Roku worked as it should and the Roku restored to factory settings.
I read in a post that some Roku 4K+ Sticks like mine were detecting a voltage difference from the cable or adapter and that was causing some devices to freeze and become unresponsive as mine. Hope this helps others with the same problem.

Thanks for reaching out FlipNormals!
Can you share how your Roku is powered? Is it connected directly to the TV's USB port, or is it directly connected to the power outlet?
Please tell us more!

Thanks for the update, FlipNormals!
Have you tried connecting the Roku device directly to the power outlet and seeing if the booting loop disappears?
Please let us know what you find!

Hey everyone!
We noticed that you're experiencing issues with your Roku device stuck in the bouncing logo, and we'd like to investigate.
If you were able to go to the Settings or get out of the loop for a while, please provide the following info below:
- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times)
Otherwise, you can provide the Model and Serial number found on the physical body of the device. (Usually on the bottom part of the Roku device). Please keep us posted!

I have already provided this info and have been awaiting actual steps to take to remedy for weeks. Nothing has helped. Can you please scroll backwards in the thread and advise what else to do?
