this unit is only about 1yr old, we were away for about 10days and over the wknd decided to watch a movie, our satelite tv is working but when we go to open the roku it does not bring up the initial home option screen to first choose the user account and then to netflix option....what kind of trouble shooting are we up against, any assistance would be appreciated
I am not sure which of the "tags" would be appropriate for this situation
Does a response usually take a long time to be acknowledged and replied to, just curious is all....waiting for assistance still

Look for the camera icon at the bottom when you are entering your post.
Would someone please respond to my last question as of 18hrs ago so I can resolve my issue, much appreciate someone assistance

It appears you're experiencing issues with your Roku Express Home Screen options.
In the meantime, let’s try power cycling your Roku device. Unplug it, wait about 15 seconds, then plug it back in and see if that helps.
