Roku Express is stuck on the bouncing Roku logo

hello 

since tis morning when i start my roku i get a bouncing roku logo nothing else

i try a power reset 30 seconds .... nothing 

while my roku was connected to power i hold the reset for 10 sec it keep bouncing 

any help ?

    cannot see the version since it does boot up

    when i press the pin how do i know it resetting to factory ?

    light flashing fast ?

      During a manual factory reset, the indicator light may blink rapidly, or the screen may show the Roku logo, go black, followed by the setup screen means the reset is in progress.

    Hey, kerm007​ 

    It appears you are having issues with your Roku Express stuck on the Roku bouncing logo. Thanks for trying a workaround to fix the issue. 

    Consider trying these steps: Try recovery mode

    1. Find the Reset button on the back or bottom of your Roku device
      • Some Roku devices have a small pinhole; use a paperclip to press it
    2. Press and hold the Reset button for at least 20 seconds
    3. Release the button when the Roku device restarts and shows a screen that says Recovery Mode

    Once you see recovery mode

    1. Use your remote to pick your language
    2. Select Wireless to connect to Wi-Fi

      i hold the pin for 30 seconds and it was not doing anything except bouncing roku

        • Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)
        • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when you see the issue)
