Unable to locate Bluetooth on Roku Ultra after reset

My brand new Roku Ultra reset and when it came back Bluetooth is now nowhere to be found.  My already-paired headphones won't connect and the "Add devices" now only shows remotes as compatible.  Did Roku just take away Bluetooth support???

Looks like the Bluetooth setting on your Roku Ultra is missing. To help us narrow things down, could you please share the latest software version of your Roku Ultra? (You can find that in Settings > System > About).

In the meantime, you can get some tips here on how to get Headphones mode working.

As long as you have the Ultra 4800/4802/4850 models you should find it under Settings/Remotes and Devices/Wireless Headphones.

Make sure your headphones did not pair with another device (ie. another Roku, your phone, or a nearby laptop).  Occasionally I will run into an issue with pairing but usually because it disconnected from the Roku and automatically paired to something else.  In that scenario, I will need to find where it connected to,manually disconnect the Bluetooth connection (or disable Bluetooth on that device), and reconnect it to the Roku.

It's ok, it must have just been a glitch.

I restarted the Roku two or three times and the Bluetooth settings under Settings->Remotes and Devices still just wouldn't appear.  But my downstairs Roku, an identical Ultra 4850, still had the settings.  So I physically powered off the affected device, left it for five minutes, then when I brought it back up the Bluetooth settings reappeared on the affected Roku.

I suspect the Bluetooth adapter internally locked up, so the Roku kernel acted like it was a Roku without one.
