If you are having an issue with your Roku TV screen going black but can still hear the audio, customers have reported that unplugging your device for 5-10 minutes and then plugging the Roku TV back in resolves the issue.

May we know what options from this thread you have tried so far? Also, for what brand of TV is this issue occurring? Lastly, this concern might suggest internal issues with the TV; thus, as other moderators have suggested, you can try to reach out to the TV manufacturer for additional assistance, as this may be known on their end.

Have you figured it out? Mine just did this and we cant figure out how to fix it and have tried everything. We have watched every youtube video in the worlddd to try to get it but nothing is working.

After troubleshooting what I find is the lamp needs to be replaced.

Tried everything on here and YouTube. Yes I unplugged it for 10-15 minutes as well and plugged it back in. Again, all of this. The TV is one year and 28 days old. It is a bedroom TV and is rarely played. I bought the TV because it was a great deal. Should have read the reviews. DEFINITELY read the reviews....
