Unable to set up SCS11X Indoor Camera, can't tap the "Next" button

I bought two brand new Roku cameras from Walmart. I can get to the part where they ask me to put in the password for the Wi-Fi. I have checked the Wi-Fi. It is 2.4. I have restarted and unplugged all devices and tried a different mobile phone and a different app to set up. Nothing is working to get these cameras to work I can’t get it to get let me hit the next button to get past where it’s asking for the Wi-Fi password

  • I am having the same problem. I'm using the Roku home app, which is fully up to date. I have unplugged my wifi, and restarted it, and it still won't let me click the "NEXT" option. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max to do this, and I have used someone else's phone and I got to click the "NEXT" button and it immediately gave me an error saying "can't finish setup Your camera is not ready to use. please start over."

  • I am having this exact same problem. I found my wifi uses the same band for 5 and 2.4ghz wifi. In my wifi (eero) app there is an option to turn off 5ghz and set it to 2.4ghz. I did that and still, when I get to the "Choose a network" screen it shows my network and I put in the password and the "Next" button does nothing when pressed. It is purple, I press it and it turns grey as I hold my finger down, then turns purple again when I release. and it does nothing. I purchased a package of two cameras at Walmart.

      Hey, Laniann-22

It looks like you're still having issues setting up your Wi-Fi to your Camera. Could you provide a bit more info about this?

      • Have you seen any error messages/codes after adding the Wi-Fi?
      • Can you tell me what troubleshooting steps you tried so far?
      • A video of this will be a great help.

In the meantime, restart your Camera and Smart Home app.

We look forward to your response.
