I am having this exact same problem. I found my wifi uses the same band for 5 and 2.4ghz wifi. In my wifi (eero) app there is an option to turn off 5ghz and set it to 2.4ghz. I did that and still, when I get to the "Choose a network" screen it shows my network and I put in the password and the "Next" button does nothing when pressed. It is purple, I press it and it turns grey as I hold my finger down, then turns purple again when I release. and it does nothing. I purchased a package of two cameras at Walmart.
Welcome, Go0o0sE
Thanks for reaching out about your camera that won't connect to a network, and the next button not working when pressed. Please share some details so we can look into it. Is this your first time setting up the camera?

Thanks for the info, Go0o0sE
You can find the Device ID or MAC address on the back of the base of the camera itself.
We'll be looking into it!
