Battery Camera Will Not Complete Setup

I'm trying to install a battery camera (indoor/outdoor. Battery is charged green light is on. Screen on phone says charge battery and will not go to next step. I was on the phone all day yesterday and was told that the back end engineers were working on my issue. This was about 24 hours ago. Any help from the community would be appreciated.

Unable to set up SCS11X Indoor Camera, can't tap the "Next" button

I bought two brand new Roku cameras from Walmart. I can get to the part where they ask me to put in the password for the Wi-Fi. I have checked the Wi-Fi. It is 2.4. I have restarted and unplugged all devices and tried a different mobile phone and a different app to set up. Nothing is working to get these cameras to work I can’t get it to get let me hit the next button to get past where it’s asking for the Wi-Fi password

Home monitoring starts setup but will not factory reset

Home monitoring will not factor reset it goes right to ready for connect, then ask for Bluetooth permissions and they are all on. This happens over and over. Any suggestions?

Camera activation via stick, box or TV

Just received Roku cameras, can they be activated directly through the Roku TV or streamer WITHOUT using a phone app. All I need to be able to do is watch via login on the website, not a phone. Thanks in advance

Roku Indoor Camera won't connect to the internet

I bought 4 new indoor Roku cameras today. 3 of the 4 cameras connected with no issues, but the 4th won’t connect beyond the choosing the WiFi option. It makes the noise like it’s connecting to WiFi, then after about 5 minutes the LED blinks saying there’s an error. Is there anything I can do to remedy this issue or is this a device issue that i should contact the warranty company for?

Roku Battery Camera SE no power issue

I switched WI-FI providers so I was pulling all my cameras down to connect them to my new network ( all of my cameras including this one were functioning perfectly normal up to this point). I noticed that this particular camera was low on battery so I plugged it in. It was below 15% so I could not pair it to the new WI-FI yet. I went back to check on the percentage of the camera no more than 30 minutes later and there were no lights and the camera was completely unresponsive. the camera is plugged into the base station ( still no response from it) I have done all of the trouble shooting methods I have found in the forums and have had no such luck. I purchased this camera less than 3 months ago at my local Walmart. please help!

Indoor camera can’t connect to wifi

I just purchased a Roku indoor camera SE two pack. One camera works perfectly connected instantly no problems. The second camera doesn’t seem to want to connect to Wi-Fi. My phone sees the camera and when I put in my Wi-Fi router name and password, it was just keep trying to connect. The camera will display the red blinking light after about a minute. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading I have tried doing the manual reset several times. I have tried switching spots where the camera was to get better Wi-Fi signal. I have tried switching power cords between the cameras. I think this camera is defective. Is there anything else I can do to try to make it work?
