Roku Indoor Camera won't connect to the internet
I bought 4 new indoor Roku cameras today. 3 of the 4 cameras connected with no issues, but the 4th won’t connect beyond the choosing the WiFi option. It makes the noise like it’s connecting to WiFi, then after about 5 minutes the LED blinks saying there’s an error. I switched WI-FI providers so I was pulling all my cameras down to connect them to my new network ( all of my cameras including this one were functioning perfectly normal up to this point). I noticed that this particular camera was low on battery so I plugged it in. It was below 15% so I could not pair it to the new WI-FI yet. I went back to check on the percentage of the camera no more than 30 minutes later and there were no lights and the camera was completely unresponsive. the camera is plugged into the base station ( still no response from it) I have done all of the trouble shooting methods I have found in the forums and have had no such luck. I just purchased a Roku indoor camera SE two pack. One camera works perfectly connected instantly no problems. The second camera doesn’t seem to want to connect to Wi-Fi. My phone sees the camera and when I put in my Wi-Fi router name and password, it was just keep trying to connect. The camera will display the red blinking light after about a minute. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading I have tried doing the manual reset several times. I have tried switching spots where the camera was to get better Wi-Fi signal. I just bought a Roku indoor camera SE from a lady off of Facebook marketplace and I'm trying to set it up on my Smart home app but it won't let me and the voice thing won't even work on the camera when I tried to press set up and scan it on the QR code and I'm on a 2.4 GHz Network. I stopped using cameras for awhile. Deleted from my roku account. Now I want to set them up again in a new home, but when I plug in and try to add new device the light stays blue and won't go through process of adding new camera. Is there a reset that needs done? I plugged in the camera and the red light will not blink to allow setup. I have tried the following: unplugged and plugged back in (multiple times) held the setup button for 10 seconds through over a minute. plugged into multiple outlets tried using the cord of another Roku outdoor wired camera (same model, that camera works and wanted to test if it was an issue with the power cord, it did not work). I have read through the comments of others who have had this issue and did every troubleshooting process that was suggested. Nothing is working. I bought the outdoor battery camera a little over a month ago. When I got it I charged it overnight. The next day I set up the account and the camera worked great. I set the camera on my table. But I wasn't able to try to mount it until today. I go to mount it and it won't turn on at all. I plugged a battery pak into it and it drained it but still nothing.
