Indoor Camera won't scan QR code
I'm trying to reset and reconnect my indoor camera but for some reason I can't get the camera to scan the QR code on my phone.. but I tried to scan it on my mother's phone and it worked just fine.. I have a Galaxy Z Flip 5 and she has a iPhone 15 Pro... My phone is also brand new with no screen issues at all it's all in MINT condition.. Any ideas why I can't get it to hook up to my phone? When I connect with her phone the app on my phone says the camera is offline but it still streams on hers it says it's online and everything is working well.. The issue seems to be with ONLY my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5.. when I had it connected to my iPhone before I got this Galaxy phone it was all in working order as well. Is there an issue with the Galaxy Z Flip 5 devices? And yes I have gone through ALL the trouble shooting.9.6KViews0likes11CommentsHow would one reset the actual doorbell in order to reconnect it to an account?
Seriously... You're not answering the actual concern. You keep saying to reset the chime but that button does NOT reset the actual doorbell camera. That's why this is an issue. I'm going through this exact thing now. I have taken the doorbell off of the account because it disconnected and wouldn't reconnect. Now the only advice I'm finding is to reset the chime. That has been done, but it isn't affecting the actual doorbell in any way to allow me to recommend it to my Roku account. So.... How would one reset the actual doorbell in order to reconnect it to an account? Can y'all not answer that?Solved6.3KViews0likes9CommentsSD card not detected in indoor camera SE
SD Card isn’t recognized by cam. It’s compatible, brand new, never used. Format is correct. Cam will recognize card for a split second when I restart it & then rejects it, gives an error message & goes back to greyed out & says insert a SD card. I have restarted router, & cam multiple times. WiFi connection is great. Camera & router are in close proximity. WiFi works fine. Cam is also brand new and unused too. #indoor camera se please help!Solved5.9KViews2likes25CommentsIndoor Camera won't get past "Ready to connect"

I have seven indoor cameras, one of them is a 360. The 360 camera has firmware than the others. I use the home app on three Roku streaming devices and Android phone and an Android tablet all of them have issues connecting to the cameras. I get the spinning dial and then unable to connect message. On the tablet the 360 camera is the only camera I can connect to. They used to work all fine on all devices before they updated. I really like they're streaming devices but these cameras are a disaster.Solved3KViews1like9CommentsRoku Camera won't Setup
Hello! I have an indoor Roku camera that I removed from the app following the instructions. Now, I am unable to set it up again. I have done all steps listed in this forum and none work. The red light remains solid and I am unable to get it to the blinking phase (yes, I pushed the set up button, yes, I held it down, yes, I attempted this multiple times, yes, I have tried unplugging it and switching outlets). What to do when the instructions do not work?Solved2.8KViews0likes12Comments
