Roku Battery Camera Plus won't turn on

I bought the outdoor battery camera a little over a month ago. When I got it I charged it overnight. The next day I set up the account and the camera worked great. I set the camera on my table. But I wasn't able to try to mount it until today. I go to mount it and it won't turn on at all. I plugged a battery pak into it and it drained it but still nothing. I don't think I'll be buying anymore Roku cameras until they fix the bugs.

    Hey, vueman​.

    You mentioned your Roku Battery Camera Plus is not turning on, and let's see what we can do.

    Have you tried using a different USB cable and adapter to see if there's any difference? Also, doing a factory reset might help get it working.
