I have the same problem with indoor wired one leg camera. No matter what I do it's not connecting. It's not letting me tap next after adding WiFi. This has been going on for couple months. Please help!

I have been trying to connect a roku indoor camera for a few days now. Basically I get to the portion about putting in my wifi password and go to click next and it doesn't work. The button looks like im clicking it but it doesn't move to the next step. I have tried troubleshooting myself and I was on chat with roku support and nothing had worked.
