Paramount Plus returns to homescreen

I’ve been trying to open the Paramount+ App on Roku, and it shows the blue Paramount+ screen but only for a split second and goes right back to my Roku app list.

I have tried power cycling, it didn’t work. I tried removing the app, restarting and reinstalling the app, it didn’t work. I tried checking both my device and the app for updates, both are up to date. Also, none of my other apps are having issues so it seems unlikely that it’s an internet issue.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this?

    It seems there are more threads now. I still can't get in on my roku devices, but it is fine when I login to my phone.

    And I'm another one with the same issue. Been around in circles with TCL and Paramount. Yeah right! This is the second time this has occurred in the 4.5 years I've owned the TV. I wish I could remember which support and what he had me do; all I remember is going into a hidden menu and changing one parameter. Problem solved until a few days ago.

    I am having the same issue as everyone here describes. Spent time with tech support which was useless they wanted me to Simply keep doing the same things I had already done. Is there any fix to this issue?

      As this issue is related to the app's content, it's best to contact Paramount+ support for further troubleshooting since most Roku apps are managed by their channel providers.

    I have had this issue since build 9915 update. After 3 1/2 hours with “support” chat and repeating myself numerous times still no resolution.  Paramount+ support was worse than nothing. 
    I have factory reset my ROKU device after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  Still broken. I can get to content, but when I select content it hangs with the spinning circle.
    I have another ROKU device with built 9914 and it works fine on the exact same network. 
    ‘ROKU, please fix this ASAP and create a way to uninstall the latest build to revert back. This is just good software design.

        I have spoken to Paramount+ a few times. They assure me this is only on ROKU build 9915 and is definitely a ROKU problem. 

        Please fix this ASAP.

    Same problem.  When will it be fixed.  If not soon I’ll revert back to fire stick.

    Same and I'm signing in using my cable provider. It just kicks me back to the login screen.

    I went into settings and reset my zip code, started working, either a fix or Roku team came up with solutions.

    I cannot find the Paramount+ app on my Roku TV.  Can you please advise how to load Paramount+ ?  My set is Model No. 65S451.

      To find a channel on Roku, navigate to the Streaming Channels section on your Roku home screen, which is the Roku Channel Store. From there, you can browse by category or genre, or use the search function to find a specific channel.

    It sounds like you are having an issue with the Paramount+ app kicking back to the home screen. And thanks for taking the necessary troubleshooting steps. 

    To get this investigated, please provide the following details:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, OS version, and build. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
