This morning there was a Roku update from version 14.6.4.9915 to version 15.0.4.2100, which was successfully installed and the device restarted.
Unfortunately, this has not resolved the issue with the Paramount+ app. :-(

Wondering if there are any updates yet or a possible fix?
I have tried reaching out to Paramount customer service too, but all that did was leave me wanting to cancel altogether! They said they would escalate the issue to their technical support team and they would contact me with directions to "fix" the issue. That was a complete lie! They keep emailing me insisting that I try this, that and the other... mainly involving factory resets of my router, roku, etc. All of which would affect all six of my streaming services and not just Paramount. Even more irksome is the fact that they didn't offer to extend my service for the time it hasn't been working that I paid for. Suffice to say I have downgraded from premium to basic because their customer service is HORRID!

Yesterday morning there was a second Roku update from version 15.0.4.2100 to version 15.0.4.2400, which again was successfully installed and the device restarted.
Unfortunately, this still has not resolved the issue with the Paramount+ app :-(

Had an update earlier from version 15.0.4.2400 to version 15.0.4.3100, but it did not resolve the issue :(

Installed Roku OS update from version 15.0.4.3100 to version 15.0.4.3900, which was successfully installed and the device restarted.
Unfortunately, this still hasn't resolved the issue.

Could we have the make and model of your modem and router? If you haven't tried disabling the ad-blocking on your router, we recommend you try to, and if the problem continues, contact the Paramount+ support directly for further assistance.

We have Google WiFi (Model GJ2CQ) but there's nothing in the google app concerning ad-blocking. Someone said to use a secret menu using the Roku remote for this, which I have tried, but does not work and as previously stated, I have already tried getting help from Paramount.
