Roku ads can’t be fully disabled, but you can limit them by setting up a Roku PIN, restricting content settings, or using Kids & Family channels only. Some parents also switch to YouTube Kids or ad-free services for toddlers

We just got an ad for the Steve Wilkos show talking about a child masterb*ting because they were being molested. I am removing the app on all devices. Not an appropriate ad for yo gabba gabba or any other show.
