I have had this issue since build 9915 update. After 3 1/2 hours with “support” chat and repeating myself numerous times still no resolution. Paramount+ support was worse than nothing.
I have factory reset my ROKU device after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still broken. I can get to content, but when I select content it hangs with the spinning circle.
I have another ROKU device with built 9914 and it works fine on the exact same network.
‘ROKU, please fix this ASAP and create a way to uninstall the latest build to revert back. This is just good software design.

I have spoken to Paramount+ a few times. They assure me this is only on ROKU build 9915 and is definitely a ROKU problem.
Please fix this ASAP.

Thanks for your response. We'd like to coordinate this with our team. Please send us the following:
- Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID, OS version and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
- App build version (highlight the app and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
