And I'm another one with the same issue. Been around in circles with TCL and Paramount. Yeah right! This is the second time this has occurred in the 4.5 years I've owned the TV. I wish I could remember which support and what he had me do; all I remember is going into a hidden menu and changing one parameter. Problem solved until a few days ago.
