I got Vix through Roku and now the Vix app on my Roku TV is asking me for a login. When I sign in using my Roku login Vix says it's wrong. The url vix.com/Roku/proveedores goes nowhere so I can't use the provider code and if I go on vix.com to search providers Roku is not listed. Help!!!!!!
Generally, if you subscribe to something through Roku that subscription is only valid on Roku devices and if the subscription is part of "The Roku Channel", it's only good when using that app. If you want to have the most flexibility with a subscription, subscribe directly with the provider and bypass any third parties like Roku, Amazon, Apple, etc.
