Roku Plus Series TV Screw Size
Here's an odd but simple question: I purchased a re-packaged Roku Plus 55" QLED today (Model 55R6A5R). The four screws are missing - the ones that are supposed to attach the feet to the monitor. Does anyone know the size of the screws - I'll need to pick them up at the local hardware store. Length, width, pitch. Thanks.
Roku app not working
As of June 6th, I opened up my Roku app, it made me agree to new terms of service. After that it refuses to function other than loading up the home screen on the app. It does not work as a remote it doesn't work in any other way shape or form. I have a Samsung Galaxy s 22 ultra on the AT&t network. Is anyone else having this issue? And if so, did you fix it, and if so, how?
Hisense roku tv randomly shuts off and gets stuck in boot loop
Since the latest update my Hisense roku tv shuts off in random intervals and gets stuck in boot loops. I've checked to make sure that it has been updated and I've tried changing the electrical outlets that its plugged into to make sure that that isn't the issue. I'm having the same issues with a sperate roku player that isn't a roku tv.Black screen on 65" Roku TV
Long time ROKU supporter here. Purchased a 65” ROKU tv just after they launched in 2023. And yesterday while my 7 yr old is playing a video game it goes black, and never returns to a functional screen- just black. This TV is made by ROKU. I also purchased a 55” ROKU tv the day before my 65” went black. Strongly considering returning this based off the longevity of the prior ROKU tv and the customer support offered so far. Having been a ROKU member since 2015, early adopter on all fronts and my only recourse that I’ve been advised on by ROKU customer support is to purchase new tv, and they have nothing else to offer. Anyone have success in this realm? Either with customer service or in resolving the black screen issue? I’m hard pressed to believe in 2025 a tv last 2yrs with regular use before needing to purchase another. Was there a recall on hardware with the launch of their TVs, or did I get very unlucky?Tv's sound going out then freezing then crashing and restarting
My brand new Roku tv will not work. I can turn it on and on the home screen it's fine but if I watch something or try and play a game on it for more then 10 minutes the sound will cut out the screen will freeze and the tv will reset itself, I've tried everything and I can't get it to work is there any way to fix it?
55 Roku select series TV screen went black
I had left the room with the TV on home screen on for about 45 minutes. Went into YouTube and tried to start a video. The screen went black, but there was still audio. I hit the home button and nothing changed. I have done a power cycle a few times and the reset button. Occasionally something shows up on the screen for a split second and disappears. I'm confused with the sound on the 41 inch Select Series i Bought last month. I have it mounted on a stand so that I can move it in dfferent positions. I have issues with the quaiity of the sound. Especially vocal and conversational sounds. I discovered that the speaker is mounted on the rear of the set and the sound is just perfect. Please tell me why a manufacturer would install a speaker system that is basically backwards.
