Onn Roku TV, Screen display issue

I just bought this ONN Roku tv over the weekend and the screen is already messed up somehow. Bought it on Saturday, it worked great from then until this afternoon when I went to turn it on. The screen just started flickering. The screen will flicker like this for about 2 seconds then go back to normal for about 4/5 seconds then flicker again. I have gone through all of the steps to try and fix the problem and nothing worked.
