    Roku Channel Live TV Guide List - Reference List

    (updated February 02, 2025) Below is the Roku Channel linear Live TV lineup with their assigned numbers. Will generally try to do a monthly update unless I notice significant changes have been made to the lineup. I have posted these reference files to an encrypted storage site (mega.nz). You can review and download the most recent pdf (print), and source Libre Office .ods (spreadsheet) files there. Feel free to edit and do whatever else you want with the files.     Spanish ads on english language chosen content

    I see it on The Roku Channel, so I am reporting it. This has been happening for the past several months. Roku is responsible for The Roku Channel, so Roku needs to fix the issue.

    Unable to remove Backdrops

    called customer service to get some help removing backdrops or disabling it. the person i spoke to first said it could not be removed, then i asked if it could be disabled. She said it could not be disabled. I searched on the internet and it seems that many people are frustrated with the backdrops app, add me to the list i want backdrops removed from my tv. i used to be able to simply press the off button and turn off the tv, now i have to go thru a cumbersome process after backdrops starts and it takes much more time to turn off my tv. turning something off should not be this difficult.

    [Discussion] Is Anyone Else Sick Of The Weird Al commercial?

    Folks, back me up here, PLEASE!! I have seen that moronic commercial for the Weird Al movie at least 9 million times and I can't deal anymore.. I tried to watch it bcuz I did used to enjoy Al but I'm sorry, it's a mind-numbingly stupid movie and I'm guessing others feel the same way; the viewing stats must be in the single digits (which is probably the reason why they keep airing the commercials) so I'm wondering if we all band together, we can force Roku to stopppppp ittttttttt Thanks for letting me vent

    YouTube Playback Speed [is NOW WORKING~!!!!] suddenly no longer available March2022 ?

    UPDATE: This afternoon while watching a YouTube video on Roku, I toggled to Settings and then to "Speed" and where there was no speed selection as of last week, now there is a selection of various speeds! I am now able to adjust the playback speed! It is now working today April 17, 2025. ==================================== I use Roku Ultra on a 2017 Samsung 4K tv After years of the Playback Speed being available on the YouTube Chanel on my Roku device/SmartTV this option is no longer available as of March2022(?) and several format changes have been made on the Roku version of YouTube Channel. YouTube Playback works and is available on my computer browser as well as all of the other settings,, but not on the Roku YouTube Channel on my TV.. the Playback speed is no longer an option. I realize in 2020 there was a YouTube Playback speed post that referred people to Youtube to solve the issue,, I went there and could not find the answer ... SO, my questions are: Did anyone find within the Google/Youtube community or the "Contact us - YouTube Help" area to fix this particular problem of the sudden absence of the Playback Speed option on ROKU? OR, Is there an area within the Roku Settings to fix this? thank you,,, Jas

    Roku Channel Won't Play Anything At All

    I launch Roku Channel. I choose a movie, ANY movie. Movie synopsis displays. I choose play. Movie synopsis refreshes and movie does not play. I also have a Roku/Starz subscription. Same thing. Synopsis page just refreshes when I choose play. This happens for EVERY movie on Roku. So at this point NOTHING will play. I have checked for Roku update. System is up to date. Model 3920X - Roku Premiere, Software Version 11.0.0 build 4193-91

    Color issues when trying to watch anything

    Washed out colors when trying to watch something from any of my apps (Netflix, hulu, prime, etc.). The color is normal for anything else until I play a show or movie. It is a dark red, green, blackish color. Please help

    Roku device audio sync issues

    I have multiple Roku device; TVs, "Ultimate" STB streamers, sticks - you name it; going back to composite A/V output. I now have and use ONLY High Def / 4K devices and TVs from Roku now. Originally, I had "purple screen - HDCP erros" between the Roku Ultra and an expensive LG OLED TV that required disconnecting HDMI cables, swapping them, the ports I used, and powering off equipment - until I gave up and called for a replacement "Ultra" STB. Roku relectantly replaced it - only to have the same problems (which I suspect they know about). I eventualy gave up on the Ultra insisting that I get my exercise every night doing this nonsense and decided that a 4K Streaming Stick would eliminate the need for multiple HDMI cables that Roku Support suggested I change out. The stick solved the HDCP issues; however the Audio Sync issues became the concern - and has been / still is present on EACH and EVERY Roku streamer / device / TV. Roku Support plays the same response to everyone: "What is the model, serial number, blah, blah, blah.." I haven't seen anyone say their problem has been fixed - instead, they just stop posting and complaining because they've come to realize that Roku doesnt have a permanent, workable fix! News flash - these same problems exist for Chromcast and Fire TV too. The "button push combination" on the remote is the best you can hope for as far as a fix is concerned; just be prepared to do it every night at least once every night. The procedure is below: Press the Home button on your Roku remote. Wait a few seconds, then press the following buttons in the exact order shown below, without pausing between buttons. 1 Press the Home button 5 times 2 Press the Up button 1 time 3 Press the Rewind button 2 times 4 Press the Fast Forward button 2 times Your Roku will be unresponsive and reboot. Audio sync should be better / fixed. Roku Support strings evetyone along by suggesting there is a fix - but they need 'more information" (a.k.a. time) to have their engineers look at YOUR problem (it is unique - no one else is having your problem!). They do this until the warranty return window for the streamer / device / TV has closed. Roku has been doing this for YEARS and it has likely become part of its mission statement. Its frustrating but it is what it is.

    Shuffle photos in Roku Photo Streams

    I'm trying to get my photos to display in random order using Roku Photo Streams. I read that pressing the * (Star) button should bring up a shuffle option, but I don't see it when I try. Is there another way to shuffle or randomize the photo display?

    One season of The Great Canadian Baking Show has no dialogue (does have other sounds)

    Season 5 of The Great Canadian Baking Show has no dialogue. It does have the background music and other sounds (spoons on bowls, etc). The other seasons so far work correctly. I'm currently watching season 6 and the dialogue and all other sounds are there as expected. I'm watching on the website, not through the app (though this doesn't seem like an issue on my end, since other seasons work fine).
